CxO Amplify is a decision support service to supplement your existing advisory service.  We do not compete with syndicated research or technology advisory firms. We strongly encourage all clients to maintain access to their existing advisory services.  Our role is to complement, clarify, and guide executives through decision complexity - especially when people have multiple advisory services at the same time.  We are the missing link between market research and strategic execution.

Elevate comes with all Amplify entitlements, plus:

  • 2 executive strategy / decision support calls a month

  • Senior Team Coaching: Includes 2 individual coaching tracks (3 sessions each). Additional year-long coaching slots available for team members at substantially discounted rate. â€‹â€‹

  • 2 workshops for your team (up to 2 days each) - travel included*

  • 1 2-3 Day Executive Leadership Team retreat/workshop with extended follow-ups (incl. developing an organization strategy, OKRs, change leadership bootcamp, 5 Dysfunctions of a Team workshop, etc.)

  • Always Accessible - direct access to me anytime (not just scheduled calls).  Max turnaround - 4 hours.

  • Team Coaching: Includes one year-long coaching slot for a rising leader. Up to two additional slots can be added for a highly discounted rate.

  • Board Meeting Attendance:  Will attend 1-2 board meetings per year as an observer to provide a third-party perspective and help with preparation and follow-up.

  • M&A Advisory (Leadership/Culture): Provide support during M&A due diligence or integration, focusing on assessing leadership compatibility and cultural alignment.

  • Keynote at Internal Event: Can deliver one keynote or major presentation at a company-wide event on a topic like strategy, change leadership, or culture.

  • Voice of the Customer Program Design: Help leadership team design and implement a program to systematically gather and act on customer feedback, leveraging your customer interviews as a starting point.

  • 3 Workshops for your team (up to 3 days each) - travel included*

  • Always Accessible - direct access to me anytime (not just scheduled calls).  Max turnaround - 2 hours. 

  • Document/Deck Review: Up to 10 decks (50 pages each)

  • 2-hour SLA

  • Travel: 4 trips included*

* Travel is for the lower 48 states, no trip to exceed $1,500

** Workshops must include the primary seat-holder during the workshop

After 11 years at Gartner as a Senior Executive Partner, Michael O'Brien founded CxO Amplify.

Michael was a leader in Executive Programs, publishing research and toolkits, frequently spoke at Gartner's two flagship events, and developed the executive coaching training program for Gartner, training all new Executive Partners, world-wide, for over five years.
