About Me
I’ve been called a strategist, a coach, a challenger, and - on my better days - a catalyst for getting big things unstuck.
I see the world differently. Maybe it’s my ADHD, maybe it’s just how I’m wired, but I’ve never been content with “the way it’s always been done.” I’m the guy who spots patterns other people miss, connects dots that no one else sees, and asks the question no one else wants to ask—then helps you figure out the answer.
As a Strategic Leadership Partner, I work with executives who live in the high-voltage space where big decisions, scarce time, and unpredictable change collide. My job? Strip away the noise, cut to the signal, and give them the clarity and confidence to act.
I’ve spent years coaching leaders at the top of their game, watching careers take off, strategies click into place, and impossible problems suddenly look… well, solvable.
I believe a story is often far more impactful than a thick slide deck and that we should always put people first. I often mix frameworks with insights from behavioral science and believe the right question is often more powerful than the right answer.
Outside of work, I’m a husband, dad, soccer coach, Scout leader, skier, cyclist, photographer, and unapologetic science nerd. My home state of Virginia anchors me; the Colorado's high country lifts me. I'm passionate about opportunities for all - and have raised $68,000 to help buy bicycles for girls to get to school in Africa through World Bicycle Relief.
If you want traditional and predictable, you probably won’t like working with me. But if you want someone who will challenge you, support you, and help you cut through the fog— then we may just be a good fit.

Note: I often use the below slide to help introduce myself during workshops. I'm an Air Force brat who was born in London. I've ridden my bicycle over every major Colorado mountain pass (in both directions!), my B&W photos hang in prestigious hotels like the JW Marriott and Mayflower hotels in Washington DC, we love to ski (esp. in Whistler, BC) and go to the Outer Banks in North Carolina, I've sung over 25 concerts at the Kennedy Center, I love to BBQ with my Big Green Egg, and backpack in Shenandoah National Park.
